goodkaarma OÜ (“GK”, "GoodKaarma", “we”, “us”, “our”), company register number 11060548, of Kuke küla, Kaarma 93734, Saaremaa, Estonia, provides the services available on www.goodkaarma.net (“The Site”) to you subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). By using and/or visiting The Site, you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register a user account and do not use The Site. We may, at our sole discretion, modify or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

All user accounts

You agree to provide and maintain accurate information about yourself. You accept that you are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and that you are responsible for your account password security. You can cancel your user account at any time – please request cancellation by email (contact form on The Site). We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if we decide, at our sole discretion, that it would be in our best interests to do so.

Privacy Policy

Your personal details will remain private and confidential. We will never sell or share your personal details in any way with any other company. You can choose to subscribe to our newsletter. Unsubscribe details are always shown on the newsletter. Emails we will send you: answers to your queries, order confirmations, order related issues, payment issues, account changes, notifications of major site changes effecting your use of The Site. We will not send unsolicited e-mails.

Ordering

Order by using The Site's catalog and shopping cart process. You may review your order and confirm or correct it prior to finally placing your order. You place your order request for goods from The Site by clicking on the “Place Order” button at the end of the checkout process. When you have placed your order we will send you an email with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your card. Your order history can be found in the My Account area (accessible after log in). Delivery is not included in product prices. You are responsible for the accuracy of the order submitted to us, and for giving any necessary information relating to the order.

Payment

We accept payments by: PayPal, bank transfer, telephone (manual card payment via terminal in our physical shop). Cheques are not accepted. You are required to pay in full before products are dispatched. (Wholesale customers, see also the wholesale user accounts section.) If you require a VAT invoice, please contact us. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you by email or telephone. We may not accept your order if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Delivery

Risk of loss shall pass to you at the time of dispatch in the case of uninsured deliveries whether domestic or international. You are responsible for complying with legislation or regulations governing the importation of goods into the country of destination, and, if required, for the payment of duties.

Returns & Refunds

Unwanted goods must be returned in original and unused condition. We will refund, exchange or offer a credit note for the product(s) if you return the goods, at your own expense, including a printed copy of the bill/sales invoice and if you keep a proof of dispatch, within 28 days of receiving your order. We will process your return as quickly as possible, no later than 7 working days after we have received the goods. Where goods are faulty, or were sent in error, we will refund any postage costs you incur returning the items. GK will pay delivery when sending replacement goods. Replacement goods are also subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Quality

GK shall make reasonable endeavours to ensure that goods supplied shall be of merchantable quality and correspond with any written description and are fit for such purpose as described. References to capacity, colour, weight, use and quantity are approximate and you accept a reasonable variation.

Wholesale user accounts

You represent that you have full power, capacity and authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of your company, employer or other legal entity (e.g. non-profit entity). Quotations are valid for 30 calendar days, unless otherwise stated. Credit accounts are available at the discretion of GoodKaarma and subject to these Terms & Conditions. Normal pay time given is 14 days. In the event of late payment, you are liable for a daily penalty charge of 0.5% of the outstanding invoice total. The goods shall become your property when paid for in full.

Own-Label Contract Manufacturing

You are responsible for proof checking of text, designs and artwork.Graphic design and printing costs must be paid in full in advance. For large orders an advance payment may be required for raw materials. Cancellation of an order is subject to fees to disburse any costs incurred.

Liability

Any typographical or clerical errors, or omissions on The Site or in any of GK's company literature shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of GK. We shall not be liable in any event for any direct or consequential or indirect loss (including loss of profit) or damage or expense however caused or occasioned. In no circumstances shall GK's liability to you exceed the price of the goods in respect of which a breach or liability is claimed. You agree to indemnify GK against all claims and expenses in respect of GK's goods or products incorporating the goods. Any information provided on this site including information related to well being and health is provided in good faith and is not meant to be prescriptive. GK is not liable for any injury or illness caused by improper use of its products.

Intellectual Property

The text, trademarks, images, specifications, graphic art, videos, and photos of The Site (collectively, the “Content”) is the property of GK and is protected by Estonian and international copyright law. The Content may not be used, reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, accessed, modified, or otherwise exploited, in whole or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.

Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Estonian law and the Estonian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
